International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda
The International Criminal Court for Rwanda is an ad hoc tribunal set up by the United Nations Security Council to handle prosecutions for genocide and serious violations of international humanitarian laws that occurred in Rwanda and neighboring states in 2004.
