The Government of Sierra Leone and former president Kabbah are granted, in absentia, an adjournment to January 15, 2008 of the case filed against them for failure to pay for goods and services received, as well as violations of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, the revised ECOWAS Treaty and other international instruments.
